I want to share my complete experience because I believe it highlights the effort and commitment shown by Mr. Shubham (owner) and Mr Himanshu (installation person) & helps explain why I am happy with the final outcome. I purchased hospital curtain tracks from kapoor surgicals for my facility. From the beginning, I clearly explained my requirements, shared the layout with measurements and provided photos of the space. When I asked whether someone from their team would visit for measurements, I was informed that it wasn't necessary as they had understood the requirements. On the day of installation, there was some confusion regarding the measurements and layout, and the installation technician informed me that there was insufficient material for the work. After discussing the matter with both the technician and Mr. Shubham, the misunderstanding was identified and clarified. Mr. Shubham acknowledged that there had been a communication gap and assured me that the requirements were now fully understood. I reconfirmed all the details, including pricing. Since I had been transparent about my requirements from day one and had discussed everything multiple times, I was expecting the originally quoted price to remain unchanged. Mr. Shubham initially confirmed this as well. Later, I received a call informing me that the cost would increase by around ₹2,000–₹4,000, which was understandably concerning after all the previous discussions. However, what I appreciated was the way the situation was handled. Since I had an inauguration coming up within a week, timing was critical. After further discussions, both sides made some adjustments. I increased my budget slightly and Mr. Shubham also acknowledged the misunderstanding and worked with me to find a fair solution. I would especially like to appreciate Mr. Shubham's professionalism and customer-first approach. Even though the situation was not ideal and there were compromises from both sides, he remained cooperative, responsive and focused on ensuring that the work was completed properly. The team returned the next day and completed the installation. In the end, the curtain tracks were installed successfully and I had a good overall experience. Thank you Mr. Shubham and the team!
